Club Tennis selected as WPI's 2025 Organization of the Year
Honored to announce that we have been chosen as WPI's Organization of the Year out of 294 clubs and organizations.
We were chosen for this award by the WPI CORE Awards Committee based on our member recruitment and retention and our ability to execute programs that benefit WPI as well as the external community. This past year, our membership has doubled from 50 to over 130 members, we took our first ever trip to Nationals, and hosted our fourth annual St. Jude's philanthropy tournament. Additionally, we hosted a clinic with Shrewsbury Parks & Recreation each semester to give back to the community. Thank you WPI for recognizing us!
WPI Club Tennis selected as 2023 Club of the Year by USTA New England
We couldn’t be more thrilled to formally announce that we have been chosen as USTA New England’s Club of the Year for 2023! This means we have the opportunity to compete in Tennis on Campus Nationals this upcoming April in Rome, Georgia!
We were chosen for this award by the TOC Committee based on our mentorship program and clinic with a nearby middle school, our Player of the Month initiative, our match and tournament attendance, and our team bonding efforts as well as our alumni relations!
