As a 500-hour Yoga Instructor, I am able to teach the students, staff and faculty of WPI. I also assist with campus mental well-being as a Reiki Master. My favorite part of working at WPI is to get to work alongside my colleagues in the Housing & Residential Experience Center as well as oversee our AMAZING student staff.
I have the pleasure of working in many different areas of the Housing & Residential Experience Center. One of my main roles is to direct the ID office in which we print the IDs for everyone on campus. As a member of the Operations Team I help to manage all of the processes on campus, such as move-in, housing selection, closing, first year housing selection, and summer conferences. Through these processes we help students learn to navigate, self-advocate, and develop a sense of belonging.
I attended Keene State University where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre Design. I graduated from Worcester State University with a Master of Education. In my earlier life I was a teacher for 20+ years. I have an amazingly supportive husband Jon, and two "adult" children Hannah & Gabriel. I love kayaking, running, cooking and reading.
