Mission
The WPI Marching and Pep Band is a student-run organization subject to the rules and regulations of the Student Government Association (SGA). Its purpose shall be to bring spirit and energy to the WPI and greater Worcester community by sharing our passion for musical performance.

Membership Benefits
The Pep Band welcomes members of all musical abilities, so don’t be discouraged if you’ve never played or marched before; we can help you learn! Our color guard is open to anyone willing to learn to spin. The Pep Band offers P.E. credit for members participating in football and/or basketball season, and participation in Pep Band for four seasons will fulfill your P.E. requirement at WPI. In addition to offering academic credit, our rehearsals and performances are tons of fun. The Pep Band is a spirited bunch that has a lot to offer its members, including a friendly community, fun events, and great music!
