Mission
Our guiding virtues are: Friendship, Faith, Love, Sincerity, Integrity, and Strength.

We believe a women who Serves is a women who leads. We, as Phi Sigma Sigma, work with our national foundation (The Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation) to achieve our goal of school and college readiness. Our chapter works with the Belmont School right here in Worcester, providing school supplies to individual students and teacher classrooms.

Our vision is to be a dynamic sisterhood of powerful women fostering and igniting positive change and embracing individuality.
