About Us
The purpose of GROW is to create a community of strong graduate womxn at Worcester Polytechnic Institute through networking activities, a mentorship program, social events, and a workshop series designed to assist graduate womxn in successfully navigating graduate school and their future careers. GROW remains consistent with Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s mission by empowering graduate womxn to improve society through creation and sharing by becoming strong leaders capable of lifelong learning and professional practice. This club is open to all WPI students, including club benefits. Membership in this group is open to all students who have an interest in this topic. There are no restrictions based on identity, background, beliefs, or affiliation. The group welcomes anyone who wishes to participate, contribute, and support its mission, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for all members.
