Mission Membership in this group is open to all students who have an interest in this topic. There are no restrictions based on identity, background, beliefs, or affiliation. The group welcomes anyone who wishes to participate, contribute, and support its mission, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for all members. ACS On Campus is a nationwide collaboration of college students, faculty, and staff dedicated to eliminating cancer by initiating and supporting programs of the American Cancer Society in college communities. The chapter of ACS On Campus at WPI exists to implement these purposes in the WPI community.
Membership BenefitsMembership in ACS On Campus shall be limited to full time students. Those who are considered to be active members are individuals who have attended more than two meetings per academic term and at least one event/ table sitting sponsored by ACS On Campus and are in good academic standing per university standards. ACS On Campuswill not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, religion, color, age, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, marital status or national origin. The club ensures that its membership will not practice any physically or psychologically abusive hazing behaviors either intentionally or unintentionally.
